As a Payroll Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll while supporting the wider finance and HR functions. You will be responsible for analysing payroll data, resolving payroll queries, maintaining employee records, producing reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and internal procedures. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with large volumes of data, identifying discrepancies, and providing valuable insights to support payroll accuracy and efficiency.
Ideally, you will have:
*Previous payroll experience within a fast-paced payroll or finance environment
*Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to manipulate and analyse data
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail
*Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
