The Opportunity
We are recruiting an experienced Head of HR to provide strategic leadership across a large directorate, supporting a workforce of approximately employees.This role will play a key part in driving people strategy, transformation, and organisational effectiveness, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead and deliver HR strategy aligned to business and organisational priorities.
*Drive employee engagement, wellbeing and culture initiatives
*Oversee key HR portfolios (e.g. Talent, DEI, Workforce Strategy, Early Careers)
*Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing data-driven insight
*Lead and support organisational change and transformation initiatives
*Work collaboratively across HR functions in a matrix environment
*Ensure compliance with HR policies, governance and employment law
About You
*Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role in a large, complex organisation
*Strong background in driving organisational change and transformation
*Experience working across multiple HR specialisms
*Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
*Data-driven and commercially aware
*CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience)
