£30k and Hybrid working
We’re looking for a detail-driven, proactive People Administrator to join a fast growing People function. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering a seamless and professional employee experience across the entire colleague lifecycle.
In this role, you’ll go beyond administration — you’ll play a key part in ensuring our processes are accurate, compliant, and continuously improving. We’re looking for someone curious, confident, and not afraid to ask questions when something doesn’t look right.
What you’ll be doing
*Own and deliver People processes across the full colleague lifecycle, ensuring everything is completed accurately, on time, and in line with policy
*Sense-check requests and instructions, confidently raising questions and flagging inconsistencies to ensure compliant outcomes
*Maintain accurate and secure colleague records across systems such as Workday, Experian, and the intranet
*Support resourcing and onboarding, including pre-employment checks, new joiner administration, and induction activities
*Respond to People queries via the team mailbox, providing clear, helpful guidance and meeting our 48-hour SLA
*Keep documentation up to date, ensuring policies, templates, and processes are clear, user-friendly, and relevant
*Drive continuous improvement, spotting opportunities to streamline processes and improve how we work
*Support policy administration, ensuring consistency and accessibility across the organisation
*Collaborate across teams, including Payroll (to support accurate pay) and IT (to manage access and equipment)
*Handle sensitive information with care, maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations
*Provide flexible support across the People team as priorities evolve

*Comfortable working with confidential and sensitive information

*Digitally confident, with experience using Microsoft Office and HR systems
Experience & qualifications
*Previous experience in HR or recruitment administration
*Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday or Experian
*Understanding of onboarding processes and pre-employment checks
*CIPD Level 3 (or working towards)
*Experience working in a fast-paced or regulated environment
