Contract: Full-time / Temporary (Enrolment Period)

Kidderminster College is preparing for a busy enrolment period and is seeking organised, customer-focused Enrolment Officers to support learners through the admissions and onboarding process. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in welcoming new students and ensuring they have a smooth, positive start to their journey at the college.


About the RoleAs an Enrolment Officer, you will:
• Support applicants through the full enrolment process, from initial contact to completion
• Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and external partners
• Check documentation, verify eligibility, and process applications accurately
• Input and update learner information on college systems
• Assist with enrolment events, open days, and welcome activities
• Work closely with curriculum and support teams to ensure a seamless learner experience
• Maintain accurate records and follow data-protection procedures • Help create a welcoming, supportive environment for all new learners


What We’re Looking For• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and customer-service abilities
• Confidence using IT systems and databases
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment during peak periods
• A friendly, professional approach with a commitment to supporting learners
• Experience in admissions, customer service, or administration (desirable but not essential)
