Description
Key responsibilities include:
*Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts
*Advising stakeholders on legal risks and contractual strategy
*Supporting compliance initiatives and risk management activities
*Managing legal documentation and internal contract systems
*Coordinating execution of contracts (electronic and wet signature)
*Liaising with external parties on notarisation and apostille matters
*Attending compliance meetings and maintaining accurate records
*Delivering timely, pragmatic legal advice to internal clients


Profile
You will be a qualified Solicitor with 2-3 years’ PQE, gained in private practice and/or in-house.
You will demonstrate:
*Experience in areas such as data protection, employment, product regulation or international trade
*Strong contract drafting, negotiation and advisory skills
*Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
*Ability to manage multiple matters and work to tight deadlines
*A proactive, adaptable and commercially minded approach
*Additional European language skills would be advantageous but are not essential.
