I’m currently recruiting for a commercially focused Finance Business Partner opportunity with a successful and growing business based in Leicester. This is a highly visible role offering the opportunity to partner with senior stakeholders, helping shape decisions through financial insight, challenge and commercial support.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in driving performance, supporting strategic planning and helping the business achieve its commercial objectives.
Key responsibilities:
• Provide financial insight, analysis and challenge to support decision-making
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
• Analyse business performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities
• Develop meaningful reporting and performance measures
• Support strategic projects, business initiatives and investment decisions
• Drive continuous improvement and commercial performance across the business

About you:
We’re keen to speak with ACCA or CIMA part-qualified and qualified finance professionals who enjoy working beyond the numbers and partnering with the wider business to drive performance.
You will ideally have:
• Previous experience within a Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance, FP&A or Management Accounting role
• Strong analytical and commercial skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• The confidence to challenge, influence and support decision-making
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach
