Full job descriptionWe have an exciting opportunity for a QA Team Leader based in Milton Keynes for one of our clients on a Full time permanent basis.


Summary of the QA Team Leader role
Salary: Competitive
Location: Milton Keynes
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am-4.30pm
Responsibilities of theQA Team Leader
* Lead the Quality Assurance team
*Maintain and continuously improve the integrated management system
*Ensure all processes and documentation remain compliant
*Plan, conduct and support internal audits
*Lead investigations
*Promote and support continuous improvement initiatives
*Monitor and report on quality KPIs and trends
*Work closely with other functions to resolve quality issues
Requirements for a successful QA Team Leader
*Previous experience in a quality assurance role within manufacturing
*Experience in leading or supporting internal and external audits
*Experience in leading or supervising a team
*Strong problem solving skills
*Good communication skills
*Good organisational skills and attention to detail
