Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting young children in their early stages of learning? Do you have experience working within early years (nursery/reception) and a desire to help children build strong foundations for future success?

SANZA Teaching Agency is working in partnership with a highly regarded primary school in Havering (Hornchurch) that is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their early years (nursery/reception).
This rewarding role will involve a combination of one-to-one support for pupils with Autism and general classroom assistance.
Key Responsibilities
*Supporting children’s learning through play-based and structured activities
*Assisting with the development of early literacy, phonics, and numeracy skills
*Helping to maintain a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
*Providing one-to-one and small-group support to pupils
*Assisting with observations and tracking pupil progress
*Promoting children’s confidence, independence, and overall wellbeing
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
*Ideally hold a CACHE Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent (such as a qualified Nursery Nurse or Early Years Practitioner)
*Have previous experience working within an Early Years setting, such as Nursery or Reception
*Have experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), particularly Autism
*Demonstrate patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
*Work effectively as part of a team while building positive relationships with children and staff
