Who are you?*Registered with BACP, BPS, HCPC, NCPS, NMC, SWE, SCW, UMHAN, or COSCA.
*Demonstrated experience supporting students with mental health needs or disabilities.
*Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
What are you going to do?As a Specialist Mentor, you will provide individualized academic and well-being support to students. This includes assisting with time management, organization, stress reduction techniques, and confidence building. You will maintain detailed records, adhere to the DfE framework for DSA-funded students, and foster a supportive and confidential environment. You will be a Specialist Mentor who is dedicated to student success.
Where are you going to work?You will be part of the Randstad Student Support team, working with students at universities and colleges in the Cornwall area. This hybrid role offers flexibility to balance in-person and online sessions, tailored to the individual needs of your students. You will be a Specialist Mentor working with a dedicated team.
