Full job descriptionJob Title: Intermediate-Senior Architectural Technician/ Technologist- Revit
Location: Cardiff
Salary: £32-45,000 DOE

Daily Duties*Produce detailed technical drawing packages using Revit
*Develop construction details, specifications and technical documentation
*Coordinate information with architects, engineers and external consultants
*Prepare and manage BIM models throughout project delivery
*Attend design team meetings and technical workshops
*Conduct site visits, surveys and inspections as required
*Ensure designs comply with Building Regulations, planning requirements and industry standards
*Support project delivery from technical design through to construction
*Assist with technical problem-solving and project coordination
*Contribute to BIM standards and technical best practice across the studio
Ideal Candidate*Degree or HNC/HND qualified in Architectural Technology, Architecture or a related discipline
*Intermediate to Senior level experience within a UK architectural practice
*Strong Revit proficiency is essential
*Excellent technical detailing and construction knowledge
*Experience producing coordinated technical drawing packages
*Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and current legislation
*Experience working across commercial, education, healthcare, residential, industrial or public sector projects
*Strong communication and coordination skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
*Detail-oriented with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
*CIAT membership or progression towards chartership would be advantageous
