Are you a Maintenance Technician, with experience working in hotels or Spas, looking to join a leading company, where you will work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern and enjoy a highly varied role?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established business, where you will be recognised as an onsite expert and work within a skilled maintenance team.

The company are a leading facilities management business, working with recognised brands across the UK. You’ll be joining at an excellent time as they look to expand their building maintenance team.

In this role you will primarily be responsible for maintaining the building fabric and upkeep of the building & spa areas. This will hands on maintenance, repair and upkeep of facilities.

The Role:
*Building Maintenance Technician
*Maintenance of building fabric and spa facilities
*PPMs and site inspections
*4 on 4 off shift patter, 12 hr shifts

The Person:
*Facilities / building maintenance background
*Ideally worked in a hotel or spa environment
*Looking to work for a great company
