Role Overview
*Manage a portfolio of audit clients across a variety of sectors and business sizes
*Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion
*Supervise fieldwork and coordinate audit teams to meet deadlines and budgets
*Build strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact throughout engagements
*Deliver high-quality audit files and accounts in a review-ready format
*Monitor job profitability and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
*Maintain accurate workflow management records and job progress updates
The Ideal Candidate
*Previous experience working within an audit role in practice
*Comfortable managing audit assignments with increasing levels of responsibility
*Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with clients
*Able to review work completed by junior team members and provide guidance
*Organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
*Commercially aware with an understanding of budgets and profitability
*Motivated to continue developing technically and professionally
