The RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join a successful automotive dealership in Bristol. This role offers excellent earning potential, a strong customer base, and the opportunity to represent a well-established automotive brand.
The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process, delivering an outstanding customer experience, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities*Engage with customers both in the showroom and through digital enquiries.
*Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle solutions.
*Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives.
*Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
*Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
*Promote finance, insurance, and additional products in line with company standards.
*Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity using CRM systems.
*Achieve individual sales and customer satisfaction targets.
*Keep up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and market trends.
Candidate RequirementsEssential*Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
*Strong communication and negotiation skills.
*Target-driven with a positive and professional attitude.
*Excellent customer service skills.
*Ability to build rapport and develop long-term customer relationships.
*Full UK driving licence.
Desirable*Previous automotive sales experience.
*Experience selling finance and value-added products.
*Knowledge of CRM and dealership management systems.
