As a Parts Supervisor in Norwich, you’ll play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day running of the parts department-supporting customers, supervising operations, and ensuring the smooth supply of parts across agricultural machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Parts Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in leading daily operations:
*Supervise the day-to-day running of the parts department
*Deliver excellent customer service face-to-face, over the telephone, and via email
*Support and motivate the parts team to achieve targets and maintain standards
*Accurately identify and supply parts to customers and technicians
*Manage stock control, deliveries, and inventory accuracy
*Process invoices and maintain accurate records
*Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
*Support showroom sales and assist with product enquiries
What we’re looking for:
To succeed as a Parts Supervisor, you’ll need:
*Previous experience in a Parts Supervisor, Parts Advisor, or similar role
*Background in automotive, plant, HGV, crane, agricultural, or machinery sectors
*Strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills
*Good IT skills and confidence with systems and email
*Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills
*Ability to work in a busy environment
*A proactive and professional approach
*Full UK driving licence
