About the CompanyOur client is a well-established and growing recruitment business specialising in the construction and industrial sectors across Essex and London. Due to continued success and expansion, they are now looking to hire an experienced Construction Recruitment Consultant to join their team.
The RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter to take ownership of their own desk within a high-performing, fast-paced environment. You will work closely with clients and candidates across the construction and/or industrial sectors, delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities*Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement
*Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships
*Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for construction and industrial roles
*Winning new business and developing existing client accounts
*Advertising vacancies and managing job board activity
*Negotiating offers and successfully closing placements
*Achieving and exceeding individual targets and KPIs
Requirements*Proven recruitment experience within construction and/or industrial sectors (essential)
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Target-driven, motivated, and resilient approach
*Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
*Excellent organisational and time management skills
