Overview:

First Military Recruitment is working in partnership with our reputable client who is seeking a Field Sales Representative to join their team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
*Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
*Generate new business opportunities and secure additional sales revenue.
*Be proactive across the week attending various different sites, booking meetings and knocking on doors.
*Promote the company’s powered access and hire solutions to prospective clients.
*Manage customer enquiries and provide excellent levels of service.
*Ensure equipment is placed efficiently to meet customer requirements.
*Represent the company professionally and contribute to the company’s continued growth and success.
*Work closely with internal teams to support business objectives and customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications:
*Previous experience in powered access sales or a similar hire sector.
*Proven sales experience with the ability to win and develop business.
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
*Highly organised with excellent time management abilities.
*Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently.
*Full UK driving licence.
*A proactive attitude and desire to grow within a successful and expanding business.
