OTE: £30,000 - £35,000
An opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Negotiator to join a well-established independent estate agency in Maidenhead. This is a hands-on role within a close-knit team, offering involvement across the full lettings process.
This Lettings Negotiator position is suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, dealing with people daily, and being involved in both customer-facing and administrative aspects of lettings.
Role Overview
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be involved in the end-to-end lettings process, supporting landlords and tenants from enquiry through to move-in. You will be responsible for arranging viewings, handling enquiries, and supporting the wider lettings function.
Key Responsibilities
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Provide feedback to landlords following viewings (including same-day where possible)
• Handle enquiries across phone, email, and face-to-face communication
• Book and support market appraisals/valuation appointments
• Carry out property appraisals (or develop towards this where applicable)
• Prepare tenancy documentation accurately
• Manage diaries and coordinate appointments
• Maintain and update CRM systems and records
• Support the sales team with investor-related activity
• Assist the wider lettings team where required
Requirements
• Previous experience in lettings or estate agency
• Strong communication skills
• Organised and detail-focused approach
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive and team-oriented attitude
• IT competent and able to use CRM systems
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle required
