We are seeking an experienced Finance Assistant to join a busy Accounts team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their finance career within a supportive and professional environment.
Immediate start.
Hybrid work schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
*Review supplier invoices for accuracy and completeness.
*Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
*Reconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies.
*Liaise with suppliers
*Prepare and post journal entries.
*Perform daily bank reconciliations.
*Support budgeting and financial reporting activities
*Manage the Finance inbox, allocating tasks and responding to queries.
Person Spec:
*Strong Excel skills and general IT proficiency.
*Experience in bank recs and journals is essential
*Ability to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines.
