*Completing and processing customs entries accurately and efficiently
*Handling import and export customs declarations
*Coordinating road freight shipments across the UK and Europe
*Liaising with customers, hauliers, customs authorities, and overseas agents
*Monitoring shipment progress and resolving operational issues
*Ensuring compliance with customs regulations and company procedures
*Maintaining accurate shipment and customs records
*Providing excellent customer service and operational support
Requirements*Previous experience within freight forwarding, logistics, or customs operations
*Knowledge of customs entries and customs procedures
*Road freight experience is essential
*Familiarity with CDS and customs software would be advantageous
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
*Good attention to detail and accuracy
