Full job description Sharp Consultancy are working with a globally recognised business based in Sheffield that are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a full time and permanent basis.


You will be working within a team of 5 finance professionals for a business that offers a great work environment and culture.


The main duties of this role will include:
*Daily Cash Posting
*Bank Reconciliations
*Assisting with preparation and closing the ledger at month end
*Balance Sheet Reconciliations
*Support the wider finance team when required
*General ad hoc duties such as filing, scanning, etc.


Skills and experience required for this role:
*Previous experience and good knowledge of Accounting routines including month–end reconciliations
*Good working knowledge of Excel
*Good communication skills
*Excellent attention to detail
*Knowledge of the system Kerridge (Desirable not essential)
