Full job descriptionResidential Conveyancer – Bridgend (Hybrid Working Available)
TSR Legal are working with a long-established and highly respected South Wales law firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its friendly and supportive Bridgend office. The Role
You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:
*Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Re-mortgages and transfer of equity matters
*New build and shared ownership transactions (desirable but not essential)
*Direct client contact, as well as liaison with lenders, agents, and third parties
*Ensuring transactions progress efficiently with a strong focus on communication and service
*Working alongside experienced support staff to help manage workflow effectively
This is a hands-on role with autonomy over your own caseload, while benefiting from strong internal support and well-established processes.

About You
The successful candidate will:
*Be a Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner
*Have solid experience running a residential conveyancing caseload independently
*Be confident handling files from instruction through to completion
*Have excellent communication and client care skills
*Be organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a busy but well-structured environment
