Full job descriptionPrivate Client Tax PartnerWe are working with a leading UK professional services firm looking to appoint a Private Client Tax Partner to join its established London team.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an ambitious individual seeking to play a key role in shaping and growing a high-performing private client offering, with strong autonomy and clear strategic influence.

The Opportunity:
*Join a well-resourced and growing private client team with an excellent reputation in the HNW/UHNW market
*Take on a visible leadership role, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive the next phase of growth
*Access a strong and loyal client base, alongside significant headroom to build out new relationships and revenue streams
*Lead complex advisory work across international private clients, entrepreneurs, family offices and trusts
*Play a key role in developing talent, shaping team structure, and driving commercial strategy
Key Responsibilities:*Lead and grow a diverse portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients, both UK and international
*Deliver high-quality advice across areas such as:*International tax and residence planning
*Trusts, estates and succession planning
*Structuring for entrepreneurs and family offices

*Identify and drive new business opportunities, both internally and externally
*Mentor and develop a team of high-performing tax professionals
*Collaborate with other service lines to provide holistic client solutions
What We’re Looking For:*Established Private Client Tax specialist operating at Director or Partner level
*Strong technical expertise across UK and international private client tax
*Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
*Demonstrated ability to lead teams and contribute to strategic growth initiatives
*Commercially minded, with a genuine interest in building and scaling a practice
