This is a candidate-focused role, perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships and making a real impact. You’ll support professionals across the Further Education sector, helping connect talented individuals with meaningful roles in colleges and education providers.
What you’ll be doing:
*Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates within the FE sector
*Screening and qualifying candidates to ensure suitability for roles
*Managing candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process
*Collaborating with Consultants and MSP team on strategic accounts
*Building long-term talent pipelines within education
