Pavilion Recruitment is supporting a leading insurance brokerage to recruit an HNW Account Handler to work in a 1-2-1 support role alongside an experienced Executive managing a high-value Private Clients portfolio.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop within the High Net Worth and Private Office insurance space, supporting complex client needs and working with larger, more sophisticated portfolios.

The RoleYou will provide dedicated support to an Account Executive responsible for a circa £700,000 income book, assisting with client service delivery across a high-quality HNW portfolio. The role involves close client interaction, technical support, and involvement in renewals and meetings.

Key Responsibilities*Provide 1-2-1 support to an Account Executive managing a £700,000 income book
*Assist with approximately 30 monthly renewals across the team (circa 10 personally handled)
*Support larger High Net Worth and Private Office (Family Office) clients
*Prepare reports, presentations, and renewal documentation
*Gather insurer terms and assist with placement discussions
*Respond to client queries on behalf of the Executive
*Attend client meetings and provide follow-up support
About You*Experience in Private Clients, High Net Worth, or personal lines insurance
*Strong attention to detail and client service focus
*Confident supporting senior colleagues with complex portfolios
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*Keen to develop within a high-performing HNW environment
