Founded in 2019 by experienced recruiters from established global firms, the business has grown rapidly across the UK and US and is now looking to hire multiple Trainee Recruitment Consultants into its London office.

The business operates globally across the UK, Europe, and North America, with particularly strong markets in Germany and the US.


The Role:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll work as a full 360 consultant from day one with structured support and training.


You’ll be responsible for:
*Building relationships with candidates and clients within specialist markets
*Business development and market mapping
*Managing recruitment processes from brief to placement
*Developing your own personal brand and LinkedIn presence
*Attending industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings
*Working closely with senior consultants on retained and contingent assignments


You’ll receive hands-on support from experienced recruiters while being encouraged to develop commercial confidence and independence early.


Training & Development:
Training is delivered through a combination of classroom sessions, desk-based coaching, and group workshops across the business.

European language skills, particularly German, are highly advantageous but not essential.
