We are currently recruiting for a Logistics Co-ordinator on behalf of our client, a well-established logistics and warehousing business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous logistics, transport, warehouse administration, or supply chain experience who is looking for a fast-paced and varied role.

Working within a busy warehouse office environment, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of deliveries, customer orders, and transport operations while acting as a central point of communication between drivers, customers, suppliers, and warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities

*Coordinating inbound and outbound deliveries
*Booking transport and scheduling deliveries
*Monitoring shipment progress and resolving delivery issues
*Liaising with customers, suppliers, drivers, and warehouse personnel
*Managing customer accounts and maintaining strong relationships
*Processing and maintaining accurate logistics documentation
*Raising invoices and updating internal systems
*Monitoring stock and inventory records
*Welcoming drivers on arrival and directing them appropriately
*Supporting continuous improvements within logistics operations
Key Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

*Previous experience within logistics, transport, warehouse administration, or supply chain operations
*Strong organisational and time management skills
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
*Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
*Experience using logistics, transport, or ERP systems would be advantageous
*A proactive approach and strong attention to detail
