Description
* Prepare statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
* Complete corporation tax returns and personal tax computations
* Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as a key point of contact
* Review and support junior staff with bookkeeping and accounts work
* Assist with VAT returns, management accounts, and compliance work
* Liaise with clients to provide proactive accounting and advisory support
* Ensure work is completed in line with UK GAAP and relevant tax regulations
Profile
A successful Senior Accountant should have:


*Professional accounting qualifications (ACCA/ACA) or equivalent academic background.
*Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
*Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
*Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
*Confidence in communicating financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
