A welcoming and well-established specialist school in Slough is seeking a committed Autism Support Worker to join their team from September. The school supports students aged 2-19 with autism as their primary diagnosis, alongside a range of coexisting needs.

The Role
As an Autism Support Worker, you will:
*Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual needs
*Help students engage with learning in a way that works for them
*Support communication, emotional regulation, and social development
*Encourage independence and confidence inside and outside the classroom
*Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation, classroom organisation, and outdoor activities

Experience working in a school or with children with additional needs is beneficial, but a genuine passion for SEND is essential.

*Individuals with backgrounds in art, music, drama, or sport
