We are working in partnership with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Daventry that is seeking an enthusiastic KS1 or KS2 Class Teacher to join their team from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for a committed teacher who is passionate about inspiring young learners and helping every child reach their full potential.
The school is ideally looking to appoint on a permanent basis, although long-term opportunities may also be considered for the right candidate.
Role Highlights:
*Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum

*Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive

*Foster strong academic progress while supporting pupils’ social and emotional development

*Differentiate learning to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities and learning styles

*Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing effective feedback and support

*Promote positive behaviour and encourage independence, confidence, and resilience

*Work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, and parents to support pupil achievement

*Contribute to the wider life of the school through enrichment activities and school events

About You:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification

*Experience teaching within KS1 or KS2 in a UK primary school setting

*Strong understanding of the Primary National Curriculum

*A nurturing, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning

*Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills

*A commitment to delivering high-quality education and raising pupil outcomes

*Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply and will be fully supported
