Full job descriptionMaintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) – Manufacturing
Barnsley | £48,158 p/y | Panama Shifts (Days & Nights)
Hours:
• Panama shift pattern (2’s and 3’s)
• Rotating days and nights
Benefits:
• Bonus up to £1,000
• 5% Employer / 3% Employee Pension (Day 1 enrolment)
• 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + 3 extra days at Christmas

• Occupational Health (annual checks + additional support)
• 95% Sick Pay after first year
• Excellent overtime rates
Responsibilities:
• Preventative and reactive maintenance on plant machinery
• Electrical fault finding across production equipment
• Fault finding on PLC systems
What We’re Looking For:
• Level 3 or above in Electrical Engineering
• Strong electrical fault finding experience in manufacturing
• Hands-on maintenance background
This role is commutable from:
Barnsley, Sheffield, Rotherham, Doncaster, Wakefield, Leeds, Pontefract
Suited candidates previously hold roles such as:
Maintenance Engineer, Electrical Maintenance Engineer, Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Technician, Electrical Engineer, Electrical Technician, Maintenance Electrician
