We are recruiting an ambitious and commercially minded Lettings Manager to lead a highly successful lettings office in Surrey. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a multi-award-winning property business with a long-standing reputation for delivering exceptional service and achieving market-leading results.
As Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing your team, increasing market share, and ensuring the highest levels of customer service for landlords and tenants alike.
The Role*Driving new business generation and winning new instructions
*Leading, motivating and developing a successful lettings team
*Conducting market appraisals and converting valuations into instructions
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants and local businesses
*Ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process
*Managing office performance and achieving revenue targets
*Ensuring compliance with all lettings legislation and company procedures
*Identifying opportunities to increase market share and grow the business
About You*Previous experience as a Lettings Manager, Assistant Lettings Manager or Senior Lettings Negotiator
*Proven track record of winning business and achieving targets
*Strong leadership and people management skills
*Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
*Commercially aware and highly motivated
*ARLA qualified (or working towards qualification)
*Strong knowledge of residential lettings legislation
*Professional, organised and customer-focused
*Full UK driving licence required
Salary & Benefits*Competitive basic salary
*Realistic OTE of £60,000 - £70,000
