Full job descriptionSpace 8 Recruitment are seeking a friendly, organised and professional Receptionist / Office Administrator to join our Client’s thriving business in Kenilworth (office-based).

The Role:
*Act as the first person on reception duties, including answering phones and welcoming clients in reception.
*Log records in and out accurately.
*Open and distribute incoming post.
*Frank outgoing post.
*Carry out scanning and document handling tasks.
*Support with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
*Upload accounts to OpenSpace.
*Assist with invoices.
*Manage stationery orders.

*Good organisational skills with the ability to manage a range of administrative tasks.
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling records, post and documents.
*A reliable and flexible approach to work.
*Confident using computers and willing to learn new systems, including OpenSpace.
*The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
*A positive attitude and willingness to help with ad hoc office duties.
*Previous reception or administration experience in an office is essential.
