Full-Time | Start: September 2026 | Salary: Inner London M1 - UPS1 (£38,766 - £60,092)
SANZA Teaching Agency is currently working in partnership with a range of vibrant, diverse and welcoming primary schools across Hackney and Tower Hamlets who are seeking passionate and dedicated Primary Class Teachers for September starts.
These schools offer inclusive, community-driven environments with strong leadership, supportive staff teams and a clear commitment to high standards, pupil progress and wellbeing. Roles are available across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, suitable for both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced practitioners.
The Role:*Full class teaching responsibility across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
*Planning and delivering engaging, creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum
*Creating a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment
*Maintaining high expectations for behaviour, progress and attainment
*Assessing, tracking and reporting on pupil progress effectively
*Differentiating learning to support SEND, EAL and higher-attaining pupils
*Delivering targeted interventions to support learning and close attainment gaps
*Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and wider school teams
*Building strong relationships with parents and carers
*Contributing to the wider school community and enrichment opportunities
*Upholding safeguarding, behaviour and school policies at all times
What We’re Looking For:*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Experience in a primary school setting (ECTs welcome to apply)
*Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment frameworks
*Confident and consistent behaviour management skills
*A creative, reflective and enthusiastic teaching approach
*Commitment to inclusive education and raising attainment for all learners
