Full job descriptionWe are looking for a bright and enthusiastic graduate with an interest in business and financial services who is eager to start their career in a modern, supportive workplace with a culture to be proud of.
This is a varied role combining customer interaction with business support responsibilities. Working alongside an experienced and supportive team, you’ll gain valuable exposure across operations while developing your problem solving, communication, and organisational skills.
Responsibilities will include supporting the operations team, assisting with administration and coordination tasks, managing client and stakeholder queries, helping develop solutions, and maintaining internal systems and CRM processes.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and enjoys working with people. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are essential. Previous experience within administration, operations, or financial services would be beneficial, but if you’re a graduate looking for your first office-based role, we’d love to hear from you.
