Do you want outstanding work-life balance, over 50 days holiday every year, an exceptional pension scheme, and the opportunity to build a long-term career in education?

In this role, you’ll deliver a combination of practical workshop sessions and classroom-based learning, teaching Electrical Installation principles, safe working practices, inspection and testing, fault finding and industry regulations. You’ll mentor apprentices and full-time learners, helping them develop the skills and confidence needed to become successful electricians.

The ideal candidate will come from an Electrical Installation background and hold an NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation. Candidates with an AM2, 18th Edition Wiring Regulations and 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification would be particularly well suited to the role, although previous teaching experience is not required.

This is an excellent opportunity to move into a structured Monday to Friday role, gain a recognised teaching qualification, and enjoy exceptional holidays, an outstanding pension scheme and genuine long-term career security while remaining connected to an industry you know and enjoy.
