My client is a small, friendly but well established IT Managed Services provider based in Central London. They have an immediate requirement for a proven 1st / 2nd Line Managed Services Analyst.
As 1st / 2nd Line Managed Services Analyst you will be driven by outstanding customer service abd client satisfaction, eager to develop your technical skills who can act as the ’face of IT" to external customers. My client are a growing organisation and can provide the opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of users and issues with which to expand the your technical knowledge.
The 1st / 2nd Line Managed Services Analyst will have a proven range of Technical skills such as M365, Windows, Azure, Networking, DNS, TCP/IP, Active Directory, Exchange, Intune, Routers, Firewalls, Switches, VPN. Ideally coming from an IT Managed Services background.
