As a Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering a variety of engineering projects. You’ll manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
The Role*Manage multiple engineering projects from initiation through to completion
*Plan timelines, coordinate resources, and support project delivery and installations
*Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
*Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from site teams to senior management
*Attend site visits, support installations, and meet with clients
*Monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure projects remain on track
*Collaborate with internal teams across engineering, manufacturing, and operations
About You*Up to 1 year of experience in a project, engineering, or manufacturing environment
*Degree (minimum 2:2) in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
*Basic practical engineering knowledge (through education, placements, or early career experience)
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
*Customer-focused with some client-facing experience
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
*Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
*Commercial awareness alongside technical understanding
*Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
*Full UK driving licence (desirable)
