Location: Cheshire
Salary: £50-58,000
A well-established multidisciplinary practice is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Architect to join its expanding team in Cheshire. This is a strong opportunity for an ambitious Senior Architect seeking to step into a senior role within a collaborative, supportive, and design-led environment. The successful individual will contribute to the delivery of a wide-ranging project portfolio spanning education, commercial, leisure, and public sector schemes.

The role
* Taking responsibility for projects from early concept through to final completion across varied sectors
* Leading design development alongside technical coordination and delivery
* Developing and sustaining effective relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
* Producing, coordinating, and reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and supporting documentation
* Presenting project progress and design updates to clients and wider stakeholders
* Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team
* Ensuring high standards of design quality and technical delivery across all RIBA stages
Requirements for the Senior Architect role
* ARB registered Architect with extensive post-Part III experience
* Strong track record delivering projects across all RIBA stages
* Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and technical standards
* Proven leadership experience and project management capability
* Highly proficient in Revit with strong technical detailing skills
* Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
* Strong commercial awareness with a professional and proactive mindset
* Ability to work effectively within a collaborative and fast-paced practice environment
