The Role
You’ll receive comprehensive training from day one, learning everything required to become a successful Recruitment Consultant.


Responsibilities will include:
*Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates
*Building relationships with clients and candidates
*Conducting interviews and candidate assessments
*Managing the recruitment process from initial brief through to the offer stage
*Developing market knowledge within your specialist sector
*Generating new business opportunities
*Negotiating offers and successfully closing placements
