Long-Term Roles
*Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the curriculum
*Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress
*Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
*Create an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment
*Participate in staff meetings, training, and wider school activities
*Take on full classroom responsibilities, including planning and marking
