Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 basic salary + uncapped commission (Realistic OTE up to double your basic salary)
About the OpportunityAn exciting opportunity has arisen to join a rapidly growing international wholesale business. Supplying products to customers across the UK and overseas markets, the company is seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Executive to support continued growth and expansion.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced B2B sales professional who thrives on winning new business, building long-term relationships, and delivering results.
The RoleAs a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for:
*Identifying and securing new business opportunities across the UK and international markets
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
*Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing deals
*Developing a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieving targets
*Conducting outbound sales activity via phone, email, video meetings, and networking
*Understanding customer needs and presenting tailored solutions
*Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
*Working closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service
What We’re Looking ForEssential:*Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of achieving targets
*Strong business development and relationship-building skills
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
*Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset
*Ability to work independently while contributing to a wider team
Highly Desirable:*Experience within FMCG, wholesale, distribution, import/export, or related sectors
*Experience selling into retailers, distributors, or trade customers
*Experience working with international customers or export markets
*Additional language skills (European, Asian, or Middle Eastern languages particularly advantageous)
