*Support the team with scheduling and diary management to optimise workflow.
*Handle data entry and maintain records in line with company policies.
*Respond to internal and external queries in a timely and professional manner.
*Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
*Coordinate office supplies and ensure resources are readily available.
*Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company protocols at all times.
*Provide general administrative support as required to ensure operational efficiency.
Profile
A successful Administrator should have:
*Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role within a professional setting.
*Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.

*An hourly pay rate ranging from £12.00 to £14.00 GBP.
