Full job descriptionCloud Support Engineer London | Circa £40,000 - £45,000 | Office-based with occasional travel
Looking for a role where you can do more than just clear tickets?
We’re working with a small, growing MSP that’s looking for a Cloud Support Engineer to play a key role across client support, cloud infrastructure, networking and day-to-day service delivery.
You’ll be working closely with experienced engineers and the Managing Director, supporting a variety of client environments across Microsoft cloud technologies, infrastructure and security. It’s a hands-on role where you’ll have the opportunity to improve systems, contribute ideas and make a genuine impact.
What you’ll be doing*Supporting Microsoft 365 and cloud environments
*Managing and troubleshooting networking and firewall issues
*Supporting infrastructure, security and endpoint technologies
*Acting as an escalation point for more complex technical issues
*Helping improve processes, documentation and service delivery
*Building strong relationships with clients and understanding their requirements
*Assisting with the coordination of engineering activities and internal projects
What they’re looking for*Previous MSP, helpdesk or IT support experience
*Strong Microsoft 365 and Windows administration skills
*Good understanding of cloud technologies and infrastructure
*Experience with networking and firewalls (FortiGate would be ideal)
*Knowledge of Conditional Access and SharePoint
*Ability to work independently and take ownership of issues
Experience with MDM platforms or Power BI would be beneficial but isn’t essential.
