Full-Time | September Start
£95 per day, increasing to £117 per day after 12 weeks
SANZA Teaching Agency is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Southwark to recruit an experienced EYFS Teaching Assistant for a full-time position starting in September.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and nurturing individual with Early Years training and experience to support children within a Reception class. The role will involve providing both mainstream classroom support and targeted SEN support, helping all pupils access learning and thrive within a positive and engaging environment.
The Role:
*Support teaching and learning within a Reception class.
*Work with children across the full ability range, including pupils with additional learning and developmental needs.
*Deliver targeted interventions and small-group activities.
*Support children’s social, emotional and academic development.
*Assist with the preparation of engaging EYFS learning environments and resources.
*Promote positive behaviour and encourage independence through play-based learning.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
*Relevant EYFS qualification, training or substantial Early Years experience.
*Previous experience working within a Reception or Early Years setting.
*Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is highly desirable.
*A strong understanding of the EYFS Framework and child development.
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
*A caring, patient and proactive approach to supporting young learners.
