A well-established law firm based in Devon is seeking a Solicitor to join its growing Private Client team. The department specialises in a broad range of private client matters, and this role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a varied and rewarding caseload.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload independently, including:
• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Inheritance planning
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Trusts
An interest in trust work would be advantageous, though not essential.
About You
• Qualified Solicitor with experience in private client work
• Able to manage a busy and varied caseload independently
• Strong client care skills with a focus on delivering high-quality advice
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A collaborative team player with a proactive approach
The Opportunity
This role offers genuine scope for career progression within a supportive and friendly working environment, based in modern offices in Plymouth.
Salary & Hours
• Full-time position (35 hours per week, typically 9:00am – 5:00pm)
• Competitive salary, dependent on experience
