Key Responsibilities*Managing and reviewing a portfolio of business services clients, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of accounts and management information
*Leading, mentoring, and developing junior team members to support overall practice growth
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to add value and expand the firm’s service offering
*Liaising with partners and stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the business services department
*Contributing to the ongoing development of internal processes and procedures to drive efficiency and quality
Requirements*ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent), with a strong technical grounding in business services
*Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
*Proven ability to manage and develop a team, with strong leadership and communication skills
*A track record of managing a varied client portfolio to a high standard
*Ambitious, self-motivated, and committed to continued professional development
