Location: Broadway, Worcestershire
Salary: £35,692 per annum plus share of service charge
Overview: First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Demi Chef de Partie on behalf of one of our clients, a luxury estate hotel. Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.
Duties and Responsibilities:
*Supporting your section to deliver consistently high-quality dishes.
*Preparing ingredients and assisting with mise en place and service.
*Working closely with senior chefs to learn and develop.
*Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
*Helping to keep service smooth, efficient and professional.
*Contributing to stock control, prep and organisation.
Skills and Qualifications:
*Experience working with fresh, seasonal produce in a quality-led kitchen.
*A strong work ethic and commitment to learning.
*A reliable, positive and professional approach.
*Good communication and teamwork skills.
*A desire to grow and progress in a structured, supportive environment.
Benefits:
*48 hours per week.

*30 days holiday (rising to 35 after 5 years).
