Tradewind Recruitment are looking for an experienced School Caretaker to support a busy secondary school in Enfield. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards across a school site.
Duties Include
*Daily site inspections
*Minor maintenance and repair work
*Monitoring contractors on site
*Supporting site security procedures
*Ensuring classrooms and communal areas are prepared for use
Requirements
*Previous experience within a school, facilities or maintenance environment
*Strong communication skills
*Ability to respond effectively to site issues
*Good understanding of safeguarding and health and safety
