Full job descriptionNewstaff Employment Services is currently seeking a proactive Sales Negotiator / Lister to join our client’s busy estate agency.
This role involves managing the sales process from initial property listings through to negotiating offers with buyers. You will play a key role in representing the agency, marketing properties, conducting viewings, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.
Responsibilities*List new properties and conduct thorough market appraisals.
*Prepare and advertise properties across multiple platforms.
*Conduct property viewings and liaise with potential buyers.
*Negotiate offers in line with client expectations.
*Maintain accurate records and update property management systems.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, buyers, and internal teams.
*Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
*Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator or Lister within estate agency or property sales.
*Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
*Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
*Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
*Knowledge of local property market would be advantageous.
*Comfortable using property management systems and Microsoft Office suite.
*Ability to work well both independently and within a team environment.
