Are you an experienced finance administrator looking for a flexible, part-time role with a great benefits package?
Our client, a fantastic accountancy practice is looking for a proactive Finance Administrator to join their established finance team on a part-time basis (3 days per week).
What you’ll be doing:
*Managing the full credit control process for clients
*Monitoring aged debtor reports and chasing overdue payments, via Xero
*Processing supplier invoices, expenses and bank reconciliations
*Supporting the Finance Manager with day-to-day finance operations
*Liaising with Customer Success and Sales teams on billing queries
What we’re looking for:
*Previous experience in credit control or finance administration
*Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
*Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Xero experience a bonus
*Knowledge of GoCardless, Revolut or HubSpot advantageous
*Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
Working arrangements: Hybrid — minimum 1 day Guildford, 1 day Chilworth, remainder remote
